Paid promotional placements are prioritized above all other directory listings and carry a clear ‘Promoted partner’ badge.

Featured provider
Featured providers may receive additional visibility and are marked as ‘Featured provider’ at the point of discovery.

Organic listing
Organic ordering may consider published profile completeness, patient review signals when available, specialty relevance, and location relevance.

Patient choice
